*(1) Structural Design Engineer (FPSO)*
QUALIFICATION: B.E. – Civil (from Recognised University)
EXPERIENCE: 3-10 Years
JOB LOCATION: Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Having experience in EPCC/EPCM Company with min. 3 years’ relevant experience in FPSO Topside Module Engineering.
• Candidate must hold knowledge of SACS, STAADPro and Navis Works software.
• Must be familiar with Codes AISC, API RP2A.
• Analysis of module for different design conditions (Hydro Test, Transit Condition, In-situ Condition, Damaged Condition, Lifting Condition, Fabrication Condition (Skidding and weighing condition) and Maintenance Condition.
• Ability to provide the supporting design calculations.
• Preparation of MTO.
• Familiarity with following will be considered as additional advantage:
International codes such as ABS, Euro etc.
FEM analysis for typical joint connections.

QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering OR ITI

Capable of handling modules independently, taking care of area teams with ownership/ accountability.

Study effect of acceleration due to various wave and wind conditions.
Study effect of structural deflection due to module movements.
Study fatigue analysis of pipes connected between two modules.
Preparation of support and loading details for Support team.
Preparation of stress Specification & critical line list and other deliverables.
Effect of displacements due to hull deflection on piping.
Effect of onsite and transit to field (towing) acceleration.
Effect of structural deflections due to acceleration in onsite.
Preparation of spring data sheet, rigid hanger data sheets, PTFE data sheets. Technical bid evaluations of springs supports.

*(5) Project Planning Engineer*

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate should be well conversant with Project Planning Tools like Primavera P6, MS Projects etc. and should have experience for following activities pertaining to EPC LSTK / PMC / EPCM projects execution in the field of Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertiliser, LNG, Chemical plants etc.
• Prepare Project Master schedule and Level 3/4/5 detailed schedules
• Preparing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / Area Work Breakdown Structure (AWBS) / Activity coding as per Project requirements
• Preparing Planning specific plans and procedures including progress measurement
• Monthly Progress Reporting including schedule updating, progress calculation, progress curves, progress variance & delay analysis, critical issues and countermeasures etc.
• Monitoring progress on weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis, updating schedules and reporting. Prepare Critical issues analysis and early warning reports.
• Analyse project delays, baseline v/s actual variation and implement corrective action (in consultation with Project Manager)
• Finalization of progress measurement systems of Vendors and Subcontractors
• Organize/Support/Conclude schedule/progress review meetings, Critical issues, Delays/Countermeasures, etc. with Owner / Client / Internal Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Preparation of Material requisition, Specifications, Technical Bid Evaluation for DCS and ESD System. Complex Loop, logic development as per Cause and effect diagram.
Familiar with various protocols like Modbus TCP-IP, Foundation Fieldbus, HART, Ethernet TCP-IP, OPC, Profibus etc.
• Preparation of Material requisition, Instrument Specifications, Technical Bid Evaluation for field Instrument’s like Safety relief valves, Various Flow meters, Analyzers /Analyzer shelters.

• Candidate shall have experience in independently designing of Industrial Buildings, R.C.C. & Steel Structures and infrastructure facilities by using STAADPRO Software and shall be conversant with IS codes.

Design software such as Foundation 3D, Mat3D, RCDC
3D environment working with software such as SP3D, TEKLA.
*(8) Civil / Structural Designer*
QUALIFICATION: Diploma (Civil) from B.T.E. / I.T.I.
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Candidate shall have experience in independently modelling and 2D Extraction Industrial Buildings, R.C.C & Steel Structures and General Civil facilities by using SP3D, Tekla Structures and PDMS Software. Also should have good knowledge AutoCAD operation.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of detail engineering in structural steel, reinforcement detailing.
• Familiarity with following will be considered as additional advantage ;
Knowledge of PDMS structural administration.
*(9) Site HSE Engineer*
QUALIFICATION:
o B.E. or Diploma in Engineering in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil and,
o Diploma or Advanced Diploma (one year full time regular course) in Industrial Safety from State Technical Board. (Safety courses from other colleges/institutes not having approval from State Technical Boards are NOT acceptable).
*Note: Above mentioned both educational qualifications are mandatory.
o Certified Lead or internal Auditor for ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Min 12-20 Years
JOB LOCATION: Site
JOB DESCRIPTION:
o Will be responsible for Safety, Health, Environmental and fire management monitoring at respective area of site to see that all works carried out at the site meet the Client's, Toyo’s , OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, Toyo Global standards & local HSE requirements.
o To lead HSE team of HSE Officers including to monitor day to day HSE compliances at site.
o To monitor compliance of all HSE related statutory requirements and report to RCM & HSE Manager accordingly.
o To closely work with the Subcontractor's site Representative and HSSE Officers/Engineers and shall lend assistance or advice as may be required to maintain a safe working environment at the site.
o To ensure regular TBT are conducted at site.
o To conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment at site.
To conduct routine Surveillance or Inspection (HSE) of Sites (including preparing surveillance report for each inspection detailing activities undertaken and any findings/recommendations).
o To organize and/or attend Site Safety Walk around as required.
o To ensure inspections & testing of lifting tools & tackles, cranes, transport vehicles at predefined regular intervals.
o To take actions to enhance culture of reporting Near Misses, Unsafe Acts & Unsafe Conditions.
o Investigate and follow-up accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences, Near Miss, Unsafe Acts & Unsafe Conditions.
o To assist HSE-M for the overall implementation of the Project specific HSSE objectives and targets at the project sites and ensure that the relevant HSSE Management Programmes are appropriately implemented, including the measures stated for the effective implementation.
o To identify HSE training needs for site employees & organize and conduct HSE Training (Site Induction, Job oriented trainings for site team). To impart trainings on HSE related aspects & HSE related SOPs.
o To monitor proper management of Hazardous waste generated at site.
o To monitor 100% use of PPE, train workers for correct use of PPE, Identify PPE non compliances & take corrective & preventive actions & To measure PPE compliance systematically as per corporate HSE system.
o To organize emergency response trainings & emergency mock drills for ensuring prompt actions in case of emergency.
o To organize HSE promotional programs like Toyo safety week, WED, Safety Campaign etc.
*(10) Site HSE Officer*
QUALIFICATION:
o B.E. or Diploma in Engineering in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or B. Sc. With PCM and,
o Diploma or Advanced Diploma (one year full time regular course) in Industrial Safety, Fire & safety, Safety & Security from State Technical Board. (Safety courses from other colleges/institutes where exams are not conducted by State Technical Boards / Govt. of India are NOT acceptable).
Note: Above mentioned both educational qualifications are mandatory
o Certified Lead or internal Auditor for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 will be preferred.

JOB LOCATION: Site
JOB DESCRIPTION:
o To lead HSE team of subcontractors HSE Engineers/ Officers/Supervisors & monitor day to day HSE compliances at site being followed by sub-contractors in line with the Project HSE Plan/ Procedures at site.
o To ensure physical presence @ respective site locations for monitoring safe practices are being followed.
o To advise & guide subcontractors for implementation HSE Plan.
o To identify unsafe acts & conditions, insist for immediate corrections to ensure safe work. Report UAC to HSE-E / HSE – M.
o To track & monitor compliance of WP system of Toyo & Subcontractors and maintain WP tracking register.
o Monitor HSE related compliance of statutory requirements by subcontractors and report to HSE Engineer/Manager accordingly.
o To ensure regular TBT are conducted at site and to conduct special TBT for subcontractor as & when required.
o To ensure PPE standard followed by subcontractor’s as per specifications.
o To monitor 100% use of PPE, train workers for correct use of PPE, Identify PPE non compliances & take corrective & preventive actions. To prepare PPE compliance report & submit to HSE Engineer/ Manager.
o To conduct premobilization HSE inspections of Toyo & Subcontractors Vehicles & Construction Equipment’s, Machinery/ Tools & Tackles.
o To verify third party inspections & testing of lifting tools & tackles, cranes etc. at predefined regular intervals.
o To monitor Non-Hazardous & Hazardous waste generated at site for their proper storage, segregation & safe disposal.
o To prepare various weekly/monthly reports viz. Vehicles & Construction Equipment’s, Lifting Equipment/ Tools & Tackles, Site HSE Inspections, Work Permit Inspection, PPE Compliance, etc.
o To conduct HSE trainings as per instruction from Site HSE-M.
