Educational Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Diploma (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Overall
responsible for monitoring & executing the manufacturing process,
packaging, Quality Control, and Production Planning, Reduce downtime,
and preparation of MIS Reports.
- Planning, Organization, Directing and optimum day to day operation to exceed our customers expectations.
- Guiding
the team of Assistant Managers, Production Executives, Operators and
workmen in shifts for efficient operations, for maintaining a good
working environment.
- Plan & manage Production and shift
activities.
- Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement in the plant and energy conservation.
- Implementing
inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, keep a tab on
slow-moving items and achieve a reduction in inventory management cost.
- Improve Layouts leading to space saving, cycle time reduction and achieving cost reduction & productivity.
- Analyzing
the breakdowns & coordinate with the engineering department for
breakdown reduction and Planning for the weekly maintenance, autonomous
& preventive maintenance of the plant. Responsibility for production
output, product quality, and on-time shipment.
- Daily operation of the Plant from production & manufacturing to ensures policies and procedures are followed.

Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting
processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring
personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost
reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating
corrections to malfunctions within process control points.

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel;
accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring
progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of
the processing flow on shift production summaries.
