Maintenance Coordinator – Operations
Role Purpose
As a Maintenance Coordinator you plan, organize, and monitor the maintenance activities and procurement activities for assigned unit.
- In order to ensure timely delivery of the spare parts and minimized backlog of work orders, YOU ARE TO:
- Follow up on supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of service spare parts and consumables
- Ensure the maintenance plan is properly executed on time and make
sure there is a good coordination between all stakeholders (Msup
(Maintenance Supervisor), 3rd party, expeditors, etc.)
- In order to have an efficient execution of Maintenance Management Of Change (MoC), YOU ARE :
- Accountable for the PMCR process (write, technical justifications and follow up progress)
- Responsible for informing HQ of the needed modifications of the maintenance plan and regulatory audit finding
- In order to be sure that maintenance activities are
executed in line with our Management System(GEMS) and Computerized
Maintenance Management System (CMMS) YOU ARE TO:
- Ensure maintenance activities are executed as per Global Enterprise Management System (GEMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Make sure the maintenance personnel are trained and certified
- Support the maintenance supt. and cargo supt. with organizing maintenance activities
- Control that the work order is properly documented and closed
- In order to seamless execute mobilization of 3rd party YOU ARE TO:
- Support the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) with work on board the unit (availability of Persons on Board (POB) for 3rd party mobilization)
- Ensure the ABS surveyor is on board to certify class related work orders
- In order to produce consistent and accurate reporting to the Maintenance Management and Client YOU ARE TO:
- Regularly report to the line manager on issues and Backlog (i.e. PIR (Purchase Information Request), late work order, Class regulation issues)
- Participate in the monthly regional reporting on maintenance
- Participate in clients meeting and report on maintenance activities
Role Requirements
- University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of Oil and Gas experience with at least three in an FPSO related sector.
- Project experience working with multi-discipline teams
- Excellent communication skills.
